As coordinators, we had met couples at different stages of their planning. Some, we help with the whole process, and some we are just month, week, or day-of coordinator.

These options are great for couples who maybe don’t have the budget for a full-service planner; or sometimes they think they can do it all alone, and as the day gets closer, realize how much is on their plate.

But every once in a while, we meet some couples that actually manage to plan it all alone. Such is the case of Alex and Megan. As organized as a couple can be, they were on the dot about everything. But wisely they wanted their family to relax and enjoy the day and actually be guest on their wedding, which is why they wanted someone to execute their much anticipated big day.

We loved all the details and were honored they chose us as their day of coordinators. Hosted in a family member's house, this wedding had never-ending love and caring-helping hands. You can tell they are such a loved couple and everyone was ready to jump on board to make it their dream wedding.

Having the peace of mind that all the details will come together as they envisioned they could enjoyed their day to the fullest.

The details of this lavender wedding were simply adorable. With a family style set-up, the tables were adored by greenery and lavender flowers with lanterns centerpieces arranged lovingly by the couple's family. With four different infused olive oil bottles that served as favors for the guest.

As guest came in, the sitting arrangement below helped them find their seat, and after enjoying a cocktail by the pool Simply Irrestible Catering had bread and olive oil welcoming to their seats. The grand entrance was followed by some of the most moving speeches we have heard -and we have heard a few. Some tears after, the couple tapped the beer bar that the bride's dad made for them. Serving beer her now brother in law brews.

After that the couple were the first to head over the food station, and must we say what an amazing job simply irresistible did. Salad, veggies and mash potatoes opened the path to the carving station, followed by a pasta station that allowed guest to make their own combination.

Dancing, amazing food, and drinks. This wedding was a depiction of love everywhere you looked.

Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs. Nash. It was an honored to share your wedding day. To many years of happiness and love.
